- All products are subject to availability
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason
- Prices are in USD and do not include taxes & duties (see below)
- We may run limited-time promotions – all promotions are subject to change/cancellation
3. Pricing, Taxes & Duties All prices are in United States Dollars (USD). You are responsible for any:
- Sales tax (calculated at checkout where required)
- Import/customs duties & fees (especially common with international-origin goods)
We have no control over and are not responsible for any customs charges.
4. Shipping See our Shipping Policy for estimated times, carriers, and rates. Delivery times are estimates only — we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
5. Intellectual Property All content, designs, photos, and the distinctive fugu style are our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or use them without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ghana Fugu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

All payments are final unless otherwise provided in our Refund & Returns Policy.
