In Northern Ghana a fugu smock has always come with its own hat, wrapped from the same narrow-strip cloth so the two read as one outfit. Ours are wrapped by hand and knotted at the side — the knot does the fastening, so the hat holds its shape and softens with wear, the way hand-woven cotton does. Each one is cut from a smock already in our collection, which is why it carries that smock's name, but it's sold on its own: with the matching smock, with a different one, or with whatever you already own.

One Size. The cloth is wrapped by hand and held by the knot, so it fits most adult heads without a size chart.
No. The certificate and weaver tag ship with every smock, not with the hats. Hats are a smaller piece of the same hand-loomed cloth, made by the same weavers, without the paper that comes with a full smock.
