We ship hand-woven fugu smocks from Accra, Ghana to over 30 countries worldwide. All orders are carefully wrapped in our signature packaging.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Rates vary by country:
- United States: Ghanaian textiles may qualify for duty-free entry under the African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA).
- United Kingdom: Standard textile import duty of approximately 6.5% plus 20% VAT.
- European Union: Textile duties typically range from 8% to 12% plus local VAT.
- Other countries: Check with your local customs authority for applicable rates.
We clearly mark the declared value on all international shipments.
Returns Policy
We want you to love your Ghana Fugu smock. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Custom-made or personalised smocks are non-returnable.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
To initiate a return, please email info@ghfugu.com with your order number and reason for return.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange your smock for a different size, subject to availability. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery. The buyer covers the cost of shipping the original item back; we cover the cost of shipping the replacement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your smock arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at our discretion.
