Products & Pricing
All products listed on our website are hand-woven by artisans in Northern Ghana. Due to the handmade nature of our products:
- Colours, patterns, and dimensions may vary slightly from product images.
- Minor irregularities are a natural characteristic of hand-woven textiles and are not considered defects.
- Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before processing.
Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or violate these Terms.
Payment is processed securely at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are detailed on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Ghana Fugu is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
Our returns policy is detailed on our Shipping & Returns page. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition. Custom orders are non-returnable.
